My wife and I are senior citizens and for the past ten years we have been clients of FITNESS 1-2-1. The experience with our personal trainer MARC MADISON has provided each of us with a fitness routine tailored to our needs, personalities, and expectations. Each private session (my wife and I train separately) is coordinated with the client’s schedule and every accommodation is made to suit respective training times.
The center has a full gym with the latest equipment, and care is taken so that each client has their trainer working beside them to ensure their care and optimum use of the facilities. There are gender specific lockers and showers and cleanliness within the gym and throughout the facility is a reflection of the care and personal attention that are hallmarks of FITNESS 1-2-1.
MARC MADISON has vetted each trainer and they are all caring professionals who have years of experience dealing with all age groups and their personal needs. I was a mother of two young children when a close relative of mine (age 41) had a heart attach followed by quadruple bypass surgery. This was my wake up call.
I had no interest in going to a big gym; been there, done that (unsuccessfully). I saw an ad for Fitness1-2-1 and called to schedule an appointment with a personal trainer. One-to-one training was the draw for me. I knew if I had an appointment with a trainer, I wouldn’t talk myself out of going to the gym.
Here I am 14 years later working hard and staying fit with the support of the great personal trainers at Fitness1-2-1. The fear that I could end up like mt cousin may have brought me here, but the people I have worked with over the years is what has kept me coming back!

I became a member of Fitness 1-2-1 in 2004. I was weak, had poor posture, a lack of cardio fitness and was heading toward osteoporosis. Today, I am full of energy, with healthy lean muscle mass, accomplished bone density and I maintain a respectable pace in my running program without gasping for air.
My health goals continue to be realized because of the individualized attention and motivation I receive from my trainer, Mark Pedersen. Throughout the past 8 years I have experienced a safe, healthy and motivating atmosphere provided by Marc Madison and the team at Fitness 1-2-1. He has established a team of experts who help me find my edge, in order to grow, while also understanding my true physical (not mental) limitations.
I am very grateful for Fitness 1-2-1 and highly recommend for anyone looking for personal training. Being strong and healthy is priceless!
